Job description: - Lead and develop product sales for Traditional Trade or HORECA; - Establish promotion strategies for the above-mentioned channels; - Ensure timely management to meet business goals; - Manage on-going strategic market analysis and reports; - Maximising sales and expand market share along with building relationships with clients; - Working as part of the Poland sales team to develop targeted turnover; - Ensure timely management to meet business goals. Requirements: - Proven and successful sales experience in the food sector or FMCG (minimum 1 year of relevant field sales experience); - Relevant Graduate or Post Graduate qualifications; - Proven Polish market knowledge; - Experience in high-level negotiations, B2B sales skills and in bringing new products to market; - Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel); - Languages: fluent Polish; good knowledge of English; Russian is an advantage.
